The Moon in the First House
The Moon in the First House can give a "moony" appearance, with a round face, full bright eyes and a dreamy expression. They may look like their mothers, and have many of the same attitudes. Like the Moon, they tend to be very visible sometimes, and fade into the background at other times.

This is interesting. I have the moon in scorpio in the first house. I wonder how scorpio would add to my physical appearence. My ascendant is Liba and Venus is in Pisces in the 5th making a tight opposition to Jupiter. Not doubt that Venus is a factor of my physical appearence because it is the ruler of my natal chart. Also any aspects to the moon would make a difference too right? I have the moon trining Venus and Mars. I wonder what that means in terms of my physical appearence.
